i have reason on a new bus in ap5 with my drums going now i want to put a bass in do i insert another bus with reason on? for the bass

No, you only need to insert Reason once as a ReWire soft synth. If you need to add a bass track in ACID that is going to play a Reason synth, then add the synth in Reason first. Then go to the track you want to use it on in ACID and select it in the track header MIDI assignment drop down. You should see Reason with an arrow to the right of it indicating there is another menu. On that menu you should see all the available soft synths in Reason to select from.
