I remember back when Acid was owned by Sonicfoundry, they had free online video tutorials on some of their programs. I was looking for them but I can't find them anymore. Does anyone know if they still have them hiding around somewhere? please help me! I'm lost in midi hell :/

Those were nice; I can't find them either, just the stuff that was authored under the Sony brand.

If there's a specific question about MIDI that you have, I'm sure one of our resident gurus here can help.

There are no longer online ACID tutorials, but I just got the latest Sony Media Software catalogue (Winter 2005), in the mail and inside it there is an ACID 5 training seminar listed, on DVD's, (part of the on-going Seminar Series of training DVD's), that you can buy for $99.00. I just don't think it is available yet, as I have not found it on the online store. But it does say it was created by the developers of ACID Pro 5 and taught in a hands on, step by step seminar style, covering the basics of creating music, with ACID Pro 5 and continuing through to more advanced topics like using the Media Manager and Groove Mapping Technology in ACID Pro 5.
