Subject:cant open ACD_ZIP in acid 5

i have old songs saved in acd_zip format...(saved in that format in acid 4)
when i try opening them up in acid 5 they dont open.. says unable to open bla bla bla...

whats going on!!?
this sucks...
i tried searching the forum here and found nothing...

grrr. i just tried opening my normal ACD format file in acid 5 and it also wont let me!!!

I'm not seeing this here, I have some old Acid 3 and 4 zip I can open with no problems.
