Not Getting this Loops thing at all! -ACID Product Family

Subject:Not Getting this Loops thing at all! Posted by: garo Date:11/13/2004 11:42:57 PM Ummm, hmm, downloaded the Loops samples zip 1-6 and I must say I'm either noy getting this or they are quite usless. For the sake of aurgument we can say I'm not getting it. I drop a loop on the timeline and stretch it out so it repeats say 5 times - hej, guess what - it doesn't "loop" as incontinuous even beat or melody - jumps and "stars all over" instead. Also many of the loops are in themselves uneven in candance (I think you call it) skipping or hoping a bit even with one play through. Kindly suggest a method to loops 'da loops? I cut them to fit but this seems tedious and unpractical .... //Garo

Do other loop libraries work fine and just these loops are not looping? I haven’t experienced this problem with the ones I’ve downloaded. Is there are particular loop in one of the sets that you can give as an example? ~jr
