Whenever I listen to any loops they always seem to have a pop and or crackle sound at the end of each loop. the sound comes from headphones or speakers so it is not the speakers. What else could it be? Please help very annoying (sounds like clipping sound maybe?)

Hello,

What loops do this, they're not Sony loops are they? It can be caused from a couple things, one of them is the loops not starting and ending on the "0" line in the wave form display. You may be able to quiet it down by adding a fade at the start and ebd of the loops, but they really need to be edited in Sound Forge to get them to loop at the "0" line. There is a looping tool in Sound Forge that works really well for this. HTH

See ya, Rockitglider

You can also find zero crossings in the chopper as well. Though Sound Forge does this a little easier perhaps. Sound Forge is really cool for creating samples of notes & beats to be arranged as midi notes on a keyboard & played back with a hardware or software sampler by the way. But with a little work & the magnifying glass tool in the chopper you can quite easily edit your own 4 + bar loops & then use the time stretching function to make them fit properly into your grid/mix.
