Subject:Acid 5 start up issue

I just downloaded and installed Acid 5 Trial and this is what i'm getting. while starting , a message pops up saying :
"error while loading <application path> , module could not be found" after i o.k. it Acid starts fine. I have a clean system just installed and no plug ins???
