Subject:problem with audio

when i first installed acid i set up my sound card in prefrences .Im using a emu-0404 with full duplex asio every thing is fine when i making a track but when i come to reopen up the same project the audio wount work .I have to change to a diffrent driver then back to my orignal
any body experience this?

I don't have that soundcard, but it sounds like a problem with the card's drivers. (Might want to ensure that the correct playback device is being used in the Mixer.)
