Help with recording -ACID Product Family - MAGIX Community Forums Archive

I recently purchased Acid Music Studio 5.0 and I can't get the rpogram to recognize my mic. The computer does, but the damn program won't for some reason. I have windows XP. I ran the test recording device under the control panel, so I know that the computer is working fine. Is there some way to configure the program so it will recognize my mic. I have a M-Audio MobilePre with a USB connection. I also have my speakers hooked up to sound blaster. I don't know what to do and am getting kind of frustrated. Please help!!!
