I have to say, Coming in a close second to Musicmatch, Sonic Foundry/Sony has been great about record keeping when you lose your serial. This is my 4th new system where I installed SF5,AP4 and VV4, and they have been a great help for someone like me who cant hang on to a serial to save their lives. Hopefully this is my last build though. Thier customer support alone has won me over for life

I keep all my serials in a text file cleverly called serials.txt in the My Documents folder. I never build a new PC without backup My Documents. When I do my re-installs I just cut and paste from that file. Works for me.

I agree Sony customer support is the best.
