Adjust the volume level sliders in the track headers at the left side of the screen. Turn down the tracks that are too loud.

Just adjust the volume levels with the volume slider on the loop bar (right side of screen).

Lift your right arm whilst whistling the yellow rose of texas, lower it slowly, then lay on your back balancing a glass of water on your forehead... everything will sound much better then.
