Wuz up all, I was working with my friend last night and we both hooked up two different mouse controllers....It was definitely better than trying to use the same mouse. Problem/Question: Is it possible to have two different mice on screen so that we can both be doing something different on the same project...so that we don't have to switch and wait for each other to finish? Being able to split up tasks would be grrrrreat, i can see a nice flow forming if that was possible...does anyone know how to do this? Is there a program that can make this happen? Thanks in advance. You mean two different mouse cursors/pointers on the same machine? Not that I know of. The only thing I can think of is application sharing via something like Windows XP's Remote Assistance feature or MSN/Windows Messenger. (Even then, it's a hit or miss affair.) You could also network systems together (via Ethernet) and just set up a centralized location to share your files. yep...two cursors on same screen. I'm not wanting to share files...we just want to be doing different things on screen at the same time...so that we don't have to wait for the other person to finish experimenting. there is really no way to accomplish this task? |
