Is there an envelope for eq settings? For example if I want the first 32 beats of a song to have no bass or something along that line. Thanks

Yea, just insert an automatable effect. In fact, the default Track EQ is automatable already. Just right click on the track, select FX Automation Envelopes and check off the parameters you want to automate with an envelope and press OK. Then adjust the envelopes to your liking.
