Subject:Work-flow question

I am fairly new to this whole "creative" process that multimedia entails. What I ask may seem absurd but please be patient. I use Acid 4 Pro in conjunction with some video work. I have downloaded quite a number of files from the 'Get Media' option and also quite a few of the free packs from AcidPlanet. As I browse through the downloads, I try to file them in folders that are descriptive, such as: drums, acustic guitar, seasonal wavs, etc. Frequently, I have Acid running on one monitor and Vegas running on the other monitor. What I would like to do (or rather request the option in a future release) is to select a folder such as mentioned above and have ALL of the wav files play sequentially as I work on the video. I am in no way as good as Mr. Gates' software, but I can multi-task somewhat and it seems that having that option would present an efficient work-flow when searching for just the right sounds. How do others solve this problem? Would greatly appreciate your guidance on this. Thanks. Bob |

Good day Bob. I am not sure if this is what you are after, but try this; 1)open your desired folder 2)hold down the Shift key 3)select the first file in the folder, then select the last file in the folder(they will ALL get highlighted) 4)Right click the mouse and select "Play" from the options this should fix you up. luceses |
