Subject:how to keep custom Prefs

Hi when I updated to version 7 from version 6, I had to note down all of my Preference settings.
This is especially tiresome with the graphics sttings.
Is there a folder I can copy and move, or a registry export or something.

For instance if I want the same set-up on various computers, which is the easist way to do it?
