New computer.....acid pro 4 not working -ACID Product Family

The problem is the serial # doesn't work on my HP computer, but on my other computer it does. Is there some sort of problem with HP computers for it not to work? Maybe some settings problem or something?

Mario EDIT: Actually come to think of it, mine installed no problem on my new PC. So my original suggestion stands... call customer service.

Straight from Sony's registration FAQ: "When do I need a new activation code? You will need to obtain a new activation code if you install a new version of the Windows Operating System, change the lettering of your hard drives by adding or removing hardware, install the application on a new computer, or reinstall Windows after a system crash."
