how do i increase tempo on an acidized wave file?i go to SPECIAL-EDIT TEMPO and change bpm,but nothing happens.how do you change tempo?thx. |

If you need to specifically fit a sample within a tempo, use the Process>Time Stretch command. After that, be sure to use the use the Special>Edit ACID Properties command to ensure that the number of beats remains the same. The Edit Tempo tool is for reference purposes only. It does not change the ACIDized info in the file. An example of using the Edit Tempo tool is if you knew the selection you made was four beats long but didn't know the tempo and wanted to find out what tempo it would fit in, you'd punch in four beats and it would tell you the tempo.
