I just found out about normalize, and it is a great thing, but for some reason it seems like the chorus parts of my song, harder part, it makes a fluttering sound... like almost an underwater sound. I used the rms normalization to 10db speech, because it was recommended. and and I used the dynamic compression if it clips. I am not sure what is going on. I do know it is definetely after I use normalize. PLEASE HELP Thank you |

Try peak noralnize @ -0.01dB. or maybe Wavehammer if you need more RMS volume.. |

You're hearing the dynamic compression at work. It's reducing the volume every time a peak goes above the threshold that you have set giving it the "underwater" effect you mentioned. It's called pumping ... |
