Can one render a Midi Track to a wav. trk in order to bounce back into a project so that the full range of FX can be applied to it. If so, than how?

Yes. Draw the midi track on the timeline, then render to a .wav file.

Yes, but the process is different depending on the MIDI sound device you are using. If you are using a SoftSynth, you can do as Chienworks suggested. Just solo the track and render as a wav file and bring it back in. If you are using external MIDI devices, then you need to route their output back into your soundcard and record them to a new track as audio.
