Hello Sony folks
I was wondering , are the 8packs royalty free music, for private and commercial use?

I’m not from Sony but I believe that all the 8-packs are royalty free. That’s the whole idea of ACID. Sony lets you sample some loops for free in hopes that you’ll buy the libraries they came from if you like them. It’s a great concept.

I believe the LOOPS used to create the 8-Packs are royalty frree. I don't think the 8-Pack as a whole is royalty free.

I've had four 8 packs featured on AP. The loops are yours, the songs are mine : )

If you look, there is a copyright in the artist's name for the actual song created by the loops. However, the loops themselves can be added to your royalty-free arsenal. (Just remember that now 10 Million other people have them as well...)
