Sub-pic or highlight graphics too complex

Hi,

I've burned DVDs with Architect 2.0 without incident.

Now I have added one (English) subtitle track to a project, and get an error message each time after the Render phase of DVD burning.

Error message is: The sub-picture or menu highlight graphics are too complex and exceed the DVD specification.

I've taken off formatting of my subtitles (no bold or italic, only outline) and reduced the number of words per line, though some titles do contain two rows of text.

What can I do to these subtitles to make DVD Architect accept them?

Thanks,
SForbey

Please download and install DVDA 2.0a. When you go to prepare, it will give you detailed information on which subtitle or menu highlight graphic is the problem. In 2.0a, by selecting the problem subtitle in the list and pressing the help button, you'll be provided with strategies for reducing the complexity.
