PLS HELP when ý select chapter setup adjustment change

ý make a setup menu for select subtitle and language.
But if return to chapter selection menu and go any chapter it change.
Setup adjustments change ... WHY ? How can I solve it?

I'm not sure what the problem could be. What brand of DVD player are you testing? Have you tested with a software DVD player (e.g. PowerDVD or WinDVD) or another DVD player? If so, did you get the same results?

I tested on many diffrent DVD players and also PC.Result same.
I thing I made a mistake.

Another test hadbeen made with my friend.He reported me that there is no problem.But he place the chapter menu as a submenu of Main menu !!!

may be the the reason is this.Because my each menua are seperate menus.

Main Menu
Setup Menu
Chapter Menu etc...
