I am constantly accidentally zapping that repeat/loop bar by clicking it wrong somehow. This is a PAIN, cuz it takes so long to line up the loop bars perfectly.

QUESTION: Is there an "UNDO" to bring those loop bars back to where they were originally? What am I clicking on that snaps those bars all around?

QUESTION TWO: I'm listening to a track in a project. To re-orient my site line to a different part of the track, I click on a section. SOMETIMES this makes the track start to play starting on the area where I clicked. BUT OTHER TIMES, I can navigate like this just fine. The loop/section plays start to finish, & my clicking a different part of the track has no effect on what I play, just what I can see on the screen.

Question #1: Use "backspace" to bring up the last couple of loop regions.

I've learned to be careful where I click.

#1 - Did you mean the Loop Region?

It sounds like you're double-clicking between regions on the marker bar, maybe accidentally?

If you'd like to keep the exact selection made by the Loop Region, press R on your keyboard. This will create a region you can easily select for later editing. (Use the method described above or press the number key the region marker refers to. The Loop Region will automatically snap to both the in and out points of the region.)

#2 - During playback, wherever you click on the marker bar at the top is where ACID will begin playing back from.

If you click anywhere on a track's timeline during playback, the cursor will move but playback will simply continue to playback wherever it was playing from.
