Subject:Getting smaller file size ?

What is the best way/smallest file size I can create using Sound Forge ?
I am interested in being able to post music files to a website. These files would be played and discussed on a discussion site, rather than downloaded for archival purpose, so quality is not a big issue. I want dial up members to be able to access quickly.

I think your best bet is MP3 which many programs do, but incredibly, I think Sound Forge is missing it.

MP3 is definately the way to go, and yes Sound Forge does support it.
