Removing vocals or any other parts of a 2 track mix is like removing flour or sugar from a cake after it is baked. You may find a way to extract the molecules but when you've finished, you will not have a cake.

As everyone's mentioned here, no, sorry, at least not prefectly.

When you "remove vocals" on a stereo mix, there's a good possibility you will also remove the frequencies that vocals share with other instruments (like guitar).

The only surefire way to remove vocals is to have the original project before it was mixed down to stereo.
