Missing files -ACID Product Family - MAGIX Community Forums Archive

I recently installed RealPlayer 10, then BIAS Soundsoap. The next time I opened a project in Acid Music 3.0, all the events were blank and read "media offline." I can place .wav files from the firewire drive where they are stored, but Acid has stopped loading them automatically. I even upgraded to Screenblast Acid 4.0b, and still no files in the project. Anyone have an idea what broke the previous connection to my firewire drive? Again--the files show in the explorer window, and I can drag them from the drive to the timeline and everything works normally--but my project files won't open the same .wav files as project events?
