I know this is going to be a silly question but here goes. Do you have a sound file open when you try to activate a module under "process"? Unless a sound file (even a blank one) is open the selections are greyed. |

Yeh ive got a file open and the modules are NOT greyed out and when i click on them but still nothing happens. A few of them work like pitch bend, normalize and envelope but the majority just dont work. |

I'm not sure if this is your problem, but you have to have an area within the wave file selected, for the process to happen. The process only processes what you have selected within the wave window. If you double click in the wave window it will select the entire wave file, unless you have regions defined, then double clicking will select that region, so then you will need to triple click in the wave file area and the entire file will get selected. Or use the keyboard shortcut "Cntrl+A" for "select All". "Select All" is also under the Edit menu. If you don't select any area, then the process you are trying to apply will only get processed on the sample where your cursor is currently positioned. |
