If they're DirectX effect plug-ins, ACID should be able to scan them and add them automatically. Look in the "Third Party" folder in the Plug-In Chooser window for the specific plug-in you're looking for. (Be sure you properly go through the install routine for the plug-in first.) If they are VST Effects, ACID 4 does not support them directly because it only supports DirectX effects. You need to use a DirectX / VST Wrapper if you want to use VST Effects. You can find a free one on DirectXFiles.com along with lots of other free and pay DirectX Effects that work in ACID. ~jr |
