If you purchased a boxed version then the serial number is printed on a postcard that was in the box. If you lost your serial number then contact customer service. If you've registered before then give them your name, address, where you bought it, phone number, etc. and they can look up your previous registration information and tell you your serial number. If you haven't registered it yet then you may just have to go find your serial number.
