Subject:acid 4 keeps locking up....why?

Upgraded to acid 4.0f Recording in 24 bit, 48000 hz. Using a miamidi 24/96 card. Works fine.
At about the 1 minute 20 second point in the song, everything freaks. At this point Ive already got drums layed out and several guitar tracks. If I continue to record to about 1min 20 sec, the system locks up. If I play back the song from the beginning to about 1 min 20 sec, the playback suddenly slows way down.
The system just keeps crashing right there. Its the strangest thing. My system is not bogged down. Ive got plenty of ram and virtual memory.
so what gives?

Do you have the latest Mia driver for your OS?

Does it do it on just that project, or on any project ?

I would isolate the track that freezes your project .
Could you identify this track?

I think Im going to try start it over. My drum track is set at 90 bpm at 4/4 time. Acid is set at 120 bpm 4/4 time. I spaced and didnt set acid to my drums properly so maybe thats goofing it up. Its also beatmapped.
Its just strange because it worked fine for 13 additionall guitar tracks up to around 1 minute. But I dont know what else it could be. Everything else is set properly.

This is my first go at this, and my song will be aptly titled p.i.t.a. (pain in the a#$), if I ever finish it :)
