Subject:Problems Starting Up Acid Pro 4.0

I have a problenm starting up acid pro 4.0. every time i start it up i get a error message saying"An Error occured starting ACID. The system is low on memory. You may be able to reduce memory usage by closing other applications". But i dont have any programs running when i use acid so can anybody tell me what the situation is and how i can fix it? It used to work fine, sometime i used to get error messages when im on it but they were minor. PLEASE HELP ME IM DESPRATE I MISS MY ACID PRO!!!!!!!!

What's your prefeernces setup?
Does acid usually opens your last project on startup or it's new emtpy file ?
P.S. Simple computer restart might be helpful

Home much memory is in your system? Is anything running in the Systray (in the lower right)?

i dont know whats wrong the program dosent wanna start at all and that message show up!
