Subject:Unable to import files of any format into Acid 4.0

Hello everyone,

I'm a new Acid user (4.0) and am unable to import any file formats into the file. I've followed the manual, tutorials, and instructions in the knowledge base to no avail.

I am able to preview all files, but when I drag them into the track view screen, the track appears but there is no music in the track. Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong?

You have to "paint" the music onto the screen. Use the paintbrush tool and drag it horizontally across the track to show the waveform.
