Subject:HELP..recording issue

I have ACID4..it has worked and recorded fine for years..today, when i press record, i hear the sound in the SDblaster card, but the monitor does not register it...it also does not record the sound..the input was fine..i then switched to USB imaging just to see if it worked...that actually did, but it sounded like crap...i restarted..powered off, and now the USB imaging option is gone in the record drop down tab..what the hell is going on here?

Hmm. Did you try an uninstall and reinstall of ACID? Could be possible the installation might be corrupted. You might want to also check on your soundcard and video card drivers as well.
