HI guys. That was very helpful your reply to my message. I still have a problem with recording. When I record form my sound card (us-122) with my keyboard it comes out a little late. Do you have any suggestions to make the recording on time? Thanks |

What you are experiencing is called Latency and can be corrected by using the ASIO drivers for your US-122. Go to Options > Preferences > Audio and under the Audio device type: dropdown list, look for something with ASIO in the name and select it (you probably have the Microsoft Sound Mapper selected by default. You don’t want this). Once you have selected your ASIO driver, press the Apply button and the Advanced... button should un-grey. Press Advanced... and bring up a dialog that will allow you to Configure your device. Try getting the latency below 10ms. ~jr |

Thank you Johnny, ASIO 24 is allready selected and the latency is below 10ms. it is 5ms. the latency only happens when I record form Keyboard. I use a midi out form the keyboard to the "mini in" in the sound card (us-122). and I use soft synth. I can make it play on time. Thank you for your help. if you have suggestions I'll be grateful. |
