Just curious, is anyone using a Software Sampler with Acid? If so which one and how does it work? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

I use phatmatikpro which is a beat slicer. I use this to trigger slices via midi I also use some sample playback vst instruments. They work great. Other than that Acid is my sampler. Technically I sample with Sound Forge but I manipulate it in Acid. Anything you wanted to know specifically? |

I’m in the market for a software sample myself so I’m trying Native Instruments Kontakt demo and it works fine. I know Halion works too. As long as the sampler is VSTi compatible, it should work with ACID Pro. ~jr |

Sampletank (Strictly a ROMPLER, but same sort of thing) works really well. |
