You need to Beatmap the acapella vocals. If the acapella came from a song that used a click track or drum machine, then all you need to do is find out the original BPM of the song and set that as the beatmap once you determine the starting point of the first measure. If the acapella was truly sung acapella, you are in for a lot of trouble. Chances are, it wasn’t sung on time to a particular BPM and it will never sync properly. You’ll then need a tool like Sound Forge to chop the file up into measures and then time stretch each measure to match the beat. A very tedious task. You could also probably do it right in ACID Pro using the Chopper and chop to new track. Either way it will take time and patience.

What s/he said or you could place a drum loop on a track and cut/paste/chop/slice the vox to fit the drum loop.
