Subject:Pro 4 won't load!

Ok so I am trying to install acid 4.0 pro. I have the Compputer ID and I have the Serial number, and I goto put it on my laptop Computer and no matter what I do, when i type in my password, it always says This Password Is Invalid. It is not invalid... i need help. I didn't want to put the password on here on the forum, but I could if I have to.

Do NOT put the serial key on this forum.

Are you sure you're typing in the key exactly as it appears? (They must be all caps with hyphens in between.)

It's difficult to tell the difference between the letter "O" and the number zero.
Did you try entering the number and switching those to the opposite to see if that helped?

As mentioned, do NOT post any serial # or activation codes/passwords on these forums. Contact customer service if it's still a problem, they'll be able to help if you've registered.
