Hello,

here I having a question, I'd like to know how to make this effect?

I think it can be done in SF, sample back to back, pitching up... but maybe ther' is a plugin or other software which would fit this better?

Any sampler would do the job... I recommend NI Kontakt. it would be a hell to do that in SF.

I second what Erik said. You probably could do that in SF, but it'd be quite the tedious task.

(However, it should be noted that the full version of Sound Forge can work with external and internal samplers.)
