Subject:Regions wierdness

Okay, I am using SF 5.0 (i just can't swing the upgrades yet), and what I am doing is recording midi files within Acid(not rendering, but actually recording in real time) and then flying them into SF to clean up. The problem is that the Region markers that get recorded with the file seem to be slightly behind the beat. What I mean is.... when I select the region using (rt click>select) it seems that the whole region got shifted or wasn't accurately recorded in the first place! What I mean is...the marker seems to be slightly behind the peak of the wave, but only at the end of the loop, so if a take a 8 beat loop it sounds okay if I play it as a loop, but if I just play it as a one shot there is a click at the end of the sound and if I take my edited loop back into Acid the beginning of the loop is actually a bit ahead of the beat. It doesn't fall on 1 exactly it falls more on a few samples before one. I don't know if any of this makes sense, but I keep redoing this stuff and it is getting to be VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!! I hope someone has some insight! Luceses
My sytem is a Athlon 1.5 with 512 2100ddr ram and a 60 gig 7200drive.

ps I am not simply rendering the midi files using the rendere option, because (at least for me) when I record in real time I can actually get more stretching capabilities out of them. They seem to work better at various tempos more than the rendered files do.
