Subject:Acid 4 do not Start! Help

Hi! First of all sry 4 my bad english :)
Okay.. Yesterday i installed Acid 4 on my PC all goes on.. but when i would start Acid 4.. it dosent start.. dont know why.. i unistalled it 16 times and installed it.. but nothing changes... i clean the regestry all.. i have good soundcrad driver.. no beta.. only final versions of all... only JAVA 1.5 beta i have installed here.. and SP2 on XP
Vegas and Sound Forge.. are going on my PC as well !! only ACID wont start up..when i start acid 4 there is only a splash screen from acid.. then the splash screen is away... and thats all... the program wont startup..
What can i do?
