Sound Forge burns tracks on a file-by-file basis.

You can separate your one large track into several by specifiying regions and then using Tools>Extract Regions on Sound Forge's menu bar. (Note that only the full version of Sound Forge has this feature.) You can then burn tracks individually.

Sound Forge also burns using Track-at-Once (or TAO), so there's a required 2 second gap between tracks. If you need Disc-at-Once (or DAO) burning, Sony's Vegas or CD Architect have that feature. Nero and Easy CD Creator also have DAO.
