I'm a developer interested in working on a new utility. Where can I find detailed Acid file format specifications? I know about the relatively simple ACID chunk that get's appended to the end of the .wav file with the chord, tempo, etc.. info - I'm more interested in the bits that discuss how the "slice" information is stored.

Thanks....

Not of much help here. Since ACID is Sony's property, it may be best to contact them directly.

Sorry to ask but I was just wondering if this utitliy will be a plugin for allowing to create acid loops and automatically insert them into a new track in acid? :) That would be so cool. (yes, i know fl studio can be used as vsti or rewire but there is so much hussle and wasted time using it like that)

No, that's not what I've got in mind, sorry. But it is a good idea!
