I've installed the VMR in hopes to sync ACid 4.0 and Cubase SX...nothing happens...no matter which I use as a slave or master, neither starts the other...any comments or feedback?...thanks

Make sure that ACID is generating MTC or MIDI Clock for Cubase to sync to. (Also make sure ACID and Cubase are set up for sync via the VMR.)

Odd. If you right-click the time display (in ACID Pro) in the upper left and choose "MIDI Timecode Out" or "MIDI Clock Out", does it say, "Enabled," right next to it?

(Are you using ACID Pro? No other version of ACID does MIDI sync...)

...yes...it's acid pro 4.0...I'm ready to give up...the VMR is recognized, but both SX and ACid don't see each other...and yes timecode and clock out are enabled and i even see the numbers change...this process sounds like it should be so easy...
