Subject:Batch audio conversion script

I need to convert about 50+ WAV files into WMA files using a template I created in VEGAS 4. I really don't want to create 50 project files to use the batch render scripts that are available. From reading some of the posts on batch rendering it appears that there is no script readily available to do this. Is that correct or is the much lamented Batch Converter program only for video?

I think the Batch Converter is perfect for this sort of thing. Just add your 50 WAV files, optionally any processing you want to do to them, select WMA as the output format and go. I use it to batch convert MP3 files all the time.
