Mute envelope bug ?

5 completely different PCs, including laptop. Different video cards, soundcards, and OSs (XP Home/Pro SP1, Win2000 SP4?).

Open a single 44K1/24/s or mp3 stereo event. Select envelope tool and right click, then set mute 'envelope'. Whammo. Every time, evey setup. Straight into error report and Vegas terminates on OK. ASIO drivered machine BSODs in MOTU driver. No problem with V4

SoSoFo tech support can't duplicae it. But y download can't b corrupt or it wouldn't extract and install !

Anybody else able to duplicte this ? Or is it just me ?!!!!

Thanks for the bug report. I am able to repro this problem, and it will be fixed in the next update. In the meantime, please use another method for adding/removing mute envelopes, such as the context menu on the track header, or using the Normal Edit Tool instead of the Envelope Edit Tool.

I have received notification from SoSoFo that the bug has been identified, and will be fixed in 5.0b .
