Subject:Rewire Problems

I think I posted this once before and no one responded, and I'm still having the same problem. It's weird, only on some projects an extra soft synth is created in Acid. I can't delete it or use it, it just sits there. Once that soft synth is there, it's in the project forever and I can't get rid of it. I've noticed that whenever this happens as soon as I use Rewire, everything crashes essentially making the Acid project useless if I want to use Reason with it.

Has anyone had this problem or know of a way to fix it? I've tried re-installing both programs and this seems to put the problem into remission, like herpes... but it always comes back. Haha, you like that analogy? That's what I'm comparing Acid too, an STD. I just wish Some of these crazy bugs would go away. Any help you have would be much appreciated.

I just figured out that if you detach the mixer from the dock you can delete the softsynth. It's still crashing when I try to rewire though. I guess I'll have to put this thing back into remission again. Time to re-install.

Very odd. Try uninstalling both ACID and Reason and then reinstall both.
