I've been using Vegas and Sound Forge for audio recording for some time. Recently I upgraded a basic version of Acid Music to the Screen blast version so that I could assemble drums loops, render them to 2 track wav files and then use them in Vegas. The free express Acid version is limited to 10 tracks and no wav file renders. Screenblast allows wav file rendering and more tracks, but the plugins only access their basic on board (inferior) plugs. My question is: Can I use the plugins that are available to me in Vegas and Sound Forge?? I have quite a few decent ones and sure would like to be able to use them right in the Acid project, without opening the individual tracks in Sound Forge and editing them there. Appreciate any help. Sorry, but ACID Pro is the only version of ACID that can use 3rd party DirectX plug-ins like Vegas and Sound Forge do. HTH, Iacobus ------- RodelWorks - Original Music for the Unafraid mD's ACIDplanet Page Guitars 4 Kids |
