DVDA2 subtitle file format

I haven't tried DVDA2's subtitle features yet, but I do know that you can import subtitles created by external applications. Does anyone know what format(s) it supports? If we could use an app like URUSoft's Subtitle Workshop to create subtitle files, that would be fantastic; we just need to solve the tiny little problem of which format to use. :-)

I've been told that Subtitle Workshop can export to DVD Studio Pro and Sonic DVD Creator's subtitle formats both of which DVDA2 can import.
