I've got the demo version of Orange Vocoder 2. Is it possible to make it work with the modulator on an audio track and the carrier on another track ? I'm somewhat confused. How can I have an audio track with the carrier and a MIDI track for playing the modulator on the internal synth ? in both cases, how do I "connect" the plug-in ? I know Arboretum Vocoder that allows to put both signals on left/right channels; can Orange work that way also ? |

Acid only supports DXi plugins. I believe Orange vocoder is VST. Wait for acid 5. |

Hey guys... 1) Don't hold your breath on Vst plugin support in version 5. Just go to the cakewalk site and buy their vst-dx wrapper and have fun. http://store.yahoo.com/cakewalkdirect/cakvstaddow.html 2) Its not DXi its just DX...DXi stands for direct X "Instrument". Like synths and such. Dx is for audio plugins like delays/chorus/etc... HTH... Ed. |
