SForge open file command won't work -Sound Forge - PC

Subject:SForge open file command won't work Posted by: whr Date:3/30/2004 2:12:27 PM I have just installed all of my Sony apps on a new pc and I am experiencing a problem with SForge 5.0. It will not give me a select file box when I press the open icon or choose open fron the file menu. It will only open files from the recent files menu and by drag and drop. This was not happening when I first loaded the program it developed a couple of days later. I ran the repair utility and have also downloaded the 5.0f version update. So far nothing helps. Does anyone have any suggestions? PC configuration... Asus K8V mobo Athlon 64 3400+ 15gig ram 2 160gig SATA drives (not raid) one drive has two 25gig partitions. One contains only the OS the other contains only the apps. The remainder is backup storage. Does this create any problems? The second drive is not partitioned and is my work drive.

15gig ram
