Turns out that ACID 4.0 is not the problem in 100% cpu usage in XP.
I have narow it down to echo gina 20bit card drivers in combination with sevices running in background on xp. I have disabled about 3/4 of sevices and Cpu usage while running acid or cubase 5.1 is about 50% now from a 100%,
Still fairly high but better
